* Develop and maintain relationships with existing federal and commercial clients, ensuring consistent communication and understanding of their needs.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the federal and commercial sectors.
* Act as a Capture Specialist for strategic pursuits, ensuring the alignment of opportunities with Isoftech's growth objectives.
* Conduct regular opportunity reviews, providing accurate and timely data on pipeline progress and call plans.
* Prepare forecasts, track opportunity targets, and maintain records on accounts and business development activities.
* Collaborate with internal teams to create winning proposals, ensuring milestones are achieved on time and within scope.
* Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to increase Isoftech's visibility and potential for new partnerships.
**Requirements:**
* Education: Bachelor's degree in any field.
* Proven ability to succeed in results-focused, milestone-based business development processes.
* Exceptional diplomatic and persuasive communication skills to effectively establish and maintain rapport with internal and external customers/partners.
* Strong oral and written communication skills, with experience in leading cross-functional teams toward a shared goal.
* Demonstrated flexibility and self-motivation, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Positive, proactive attitude and a team player mentality, engaging collaboratively across all phases of the business development lifecycle.
* Ability to interact effectively at all levels of an organization, both internally and externally.
* Documented track record of winning new business both as a prime contractor and as a subcontractor in federal and commercial sectors.
**Preferred Experience:**
* Prior experience in business development within the IT consulting or technology services industry, with a focus on federal civilian contracts.
* Experience with CRM systems and pipeline management tools to track and manage business development efforts.
* Familiarity with federal acquisition regulations (FAR) and federal contract vehicles is a plus.
