Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our Sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience selling to major tech companies and a strong understanding of data center critical power and cooling systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate new business opportunities and translate them into company revenue
• Prospect, propose, and close on new revenue opportunities
• Prepare and define scopes of work and estimates
• Network with IT and building facilities personnel to identify new business opportunities
• Maintain thorough knowledge of industry trends and technologies
• Develop and execute creative strategies to support clients' strategic objectives
• Maintain all sales demonstration tools and applications
• Foster positive working relationships with clients, vendors, and colleagues
• Operate vehicles and equipment safely and adhere to safety protocols
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent education and experience
• 3-5 years of outside sales experience selling to major tech companies
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree
• Understanding of data center critical power and cooling systems
• 3-5 years of experience working with IT companies, colocations, and end users who manage and maintain data center infrastructure
