Job Overview

Position Summary: The Beverage Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in supporting the daily management of all food and beverage services within various venues. This position is dedicated to ensuring that all offerings meet the highest standards of quality while providing an enjoyable experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the cleanliness and operational efficiency of the designated areas.
  • Manage financial transactions across all service locations.
  • Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Team Leads to maintain accurate inventory levels in line with demand.
  • Guarantee exceptional food and beverage service quality and presentation.
  • Coordinate daily employee breaks to ensure smooth operations.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints, adhering to established guidelines.
  • Uphold safety and health standards by enforcing sanitation protocols as per local health regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local laws.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Concessions Manager.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED with a minimum of three years in customer service.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
  • Demonstrated willingness to engage actively and lead by example.
  • Aspiring leader with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Effective problem-solving and analytical skills, with a sense of urgency.
  • Must obtain SERV Safe Food Handler and Responsible Vendor certifications shortly after starting.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.

Physical Requirements:
