About the Role:
The Restaurant and Lounges Supervisor is a key member of the Food and Beverage team at Hyatt Hotels. This role is responsible for leading a team of associates to deliver exceptional service and quality in the hotel's food and beverage outlets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and lead a team of associates to ensure excellent service and quality standards are met.
- Guest Service: Provide a welcoming and clean environment for guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Cash Handling and Operations: Manage cash handling and other operational aspects of the food and beverage outlets.
- Training and Development: Train and develop associates to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Communication and Liaison: Serve as a liaison between culinary and restaurant operations, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
- Leadership and Communication Skills: Possess strong leadership, communication, and relationship skills to lead a team and interact with guests.
- Experience and Knowledge: 2 years of hotel/restaurant supervisory experience and fundamental food and beverage knowledge.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in basic computer skills and hotel systems (such as Opera, Hotsos, Rex, etc.).
