Position Overview:

  • Oversee the leasing of residential units while delivering outstanding customer service to maximize occupancy rates and enhance resident satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute effective marketing initiatives for available apartment units.
  • Organize property showings from diverse channels and conduct personalized tours.
  • Prepare comprehensive application packages and facilitate the move-in process.
  • Stay informed about competitor pricing and market trends.
  • Effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as required.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in residential leasing or sales.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Yardi is advantageous.
  • Strong communication, time management, and organizational abilities.
