Property Manager with Property Management Expertise

Residential One LLC is seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to join our team. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for the overall aspects of community operations, including leasing, maintenance, and financial management.
Key Responsibilities- Leasing: Supervise all leasing activities, create goals for community staff to maintain 100% occupancy, and execute marketing and advertising campaigns for apartment leasing.
- Maintenance: Responsible for the operations and purchases of the maintenance department, solicit and review bids for contract work, and oversee the daily property inspection and clean-up.
- Financial Management: Achieve financial stability through cost reduction and implementing systems to maintain 0% delinquency, file delinquent rent monthly, and complete security deposit administration.
- Staff Management: Evaluate staff performance, counsel underperforming staff, and provide critical feedback to improve performance.
- Compliance: Maintain familiarity with all procedures and requirements of AP and AR, and ensure compliance with affordable housing regulations.
- High school diploma/GED required (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- 3+ years' experience in residential leasing or property management.
- 2+ years' experience working with LIHTC/Section 8 property management.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Well-developed customer service and sales skills.
