We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced property management professional to join our team at one of our apartment communities in Herndon, VA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Property Manager with daily operations, including leasing and marketing efforts.
  • Achieve leasing benchmarks and property goals.
  • Handle prospect and resident relations.
  • Prepare property invoices, manage rent receivables, and perform property inspections.
  • Assist in developing operating budgets, business plans, and mandatory property reports.
  • Attend resident functions and ensure compliance with affordable housing requirements.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to prospective residents, current residents, and visitors.
Requirements:
  • Prior residential leasing or sales experience required.
  • LIHTC/Affordable housing knowledge preferred, college degree a plus.
  • Experience with Property Management software, Entrata experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance.
