Client Relationship Manager

Position Overview:
As a Client Relationship Manager at Aztec, you will leverage your expertise to craft and implement effective sales strategies aimed at enhancing revenue growth for our valued clients with up to 499 enrolled employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and expand our existing client portfolio, particularly focusing on those with 2-49 enrolled employees.
- Act as a liaison to ensure that any issues escalated by Brokers or Clients are resolved efficiently by our operations and client delivery teams.
- Serve as the primary email support for all Client Managers and Key Client Managers.
- Address urgent tasks assigned by the Regional Sales Leader or Key Client Manager, particularly those arising from service failures in Operations.
Client Support:
- Handle a variety of tasks including Broker of record changes, retroactive Broker of record adjustments, modifications to insurance plans, and resolution of enrollment and commission discrepancies.
- Support the sales team by streamlining workflows and addressing client inquiries to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Strategic Consultation:
- Engage in strategic discussions to formulate and implement tailored business solutions that align with client objectives and Aztec's initiatives.
- Analyze client data to provide insightful sales consultations that identify renewal and upsell opportunities.
Sales Execution:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet quotas, focusing on increasing revenue while ensuring account retention and long-term sustainability.
- Identify and execute sophisticated sales messaging strategies that cater to a diverse clientele.
- Educate clients on available products and programs, directing sales efforts towards opportunities that align with their needs and support Aztec's market strategy.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of three years of sales experience.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships.
- A demonstrated history of meeting sales and revenue targets with significant account responsibility.
- Proficiency in utilizing sales methodologies to achieve goals.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, evidenced by the ability to meet activity targets and execute sales processes that yield predictable outcomes.
- Proficient in PC applications and capable of obtaining and maintaining necessary licenses as required.
Compensation:
The compensation range for this role varies based on experience and other job-related factors. The total compensation package may include bonuses, equity, and commissions.
