JOB OVERVIEW
Contribute to the growth and success of HV Global Group, Inc. by utilizing effective sales strategies and methodologies to transform potential clients into satisfied owners, as well as assist existing owners with their needs.

Establish and nurture relationships with prospective clients by actively seeking and following up on referrals and leads.

Tailor the sales experience to meet the unique preferences and requirements of each potential client, ensuring that all necessary documentation and legal paperwork are completed accurately and promptly.

Maintain ongoing relationships with clients post-sale to guarantee their satisfaction and to cultivate future business opportunities, such as reloads, referrals, and additional sales.


CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education and Experience Required:
- High school diploma or GED
- Proficiency in English
- Active and compliant professional Real Estate License as mandated by law

Preferred:
- One year of relevant experience

Successful Candidates Will Be Willing To:

- Occasionally work evenings
- Be available on weekends and holidays as required by business needs


JOB SPECIFIC TASKS
Building and Maintaining Client Relationships
- Address client inquiries regarding property usage and local amenities; provide recommendations based on information gathered during discussions.
- Follow up on referrals and leads from existing clients.
- Respond to requests from clients or prospects regarding pricing, property details, and network information.
- Reach out to clients to assess satisfaction, inform them of upcoming promotions, and explore business opportunities (e.g., reloads, referrals).
- Keep detailed records of client interactions to support effective follow-up initiatives.

- Oversee contract processing to minimize cancellations, ensure comprehensive client assurance, and guarantee timely closings.


Delivering Sales Presentations
- Adhere to the Consultative Sales Process when engaging with clients and guests.
- Build trust with prospective clients throughout the sales journey to foster ongoing rapport.
- Identify the needs of potential clients through strategic questioning and discussions, using this information to customize the sales presentation.
- Provide tailored tours of the Sales Gallery, properties, and models specific to the sales distribution site.
- Articulate the features, advantages, and benefits of the offerings, advocating for the appropriate allocation of points to meet the current and future vacation needs of clients.
- Complete the sales contract process by ensuring all required legal documents are signed and notarized.
- Continuously refine and enhance sales scripts and presentations.
- Ensure a clear understanding of financing options and present them as part of the ownership approach.
- Prepare for daily appointments by reviewing relevant materials (e.g., tour sheets, client history, presentation details).

- Follow up face-to-face interactions with clients through email, phone, or mail correspondence.


Conducting and Managing Business Transactions
- Ensure accurate processing of all sales-related documents.
- Review contract details with clients once they decide to proceed with a purchase.
- Thoroughly assess loan applications and financial documents with clients to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with Sales Management to minimize cancellations and ensure timely closings.
- Analyze challenges and develop strategies to overcome obstacles while maintaining high-quality standards.

- Complete a purchase summary worksheet at the conclusion of each sale.

- Engage with Legacy Owners and Every Other Year (EOY) Owners to encourage enrollment, upgrades, and maximize reload opportunities.


Providing Exceptional Service
- Respond to and monitor the resolution of client inquiries promptly and accurately.
- Utilize available resources to provide effective service to clients and owners (e.g., Vacation Ownership Advisors).
Other Responsibilities
- Manage time effectively to attend daily team meetings, training sessions, and client appointments punctually.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the organization's culture and processes.
- Enhance sales presentation techniques through self-assessment, practice, and feedback from others (e.g., Sales Manager Coaches, clients, owners).
- Participate in formal training sessions offered by the management team.
- Attend daily huddles and regularly scheduled team meetings.
- Assist in the development and mentoring of other Sales/Membership Executives as needed.
- Stay informed about current events and site-specific information to facilitate relationship building with clients.

- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Understand and comply with state and federal regulations regarding all sales and marketing activities.
