Compensation:
$16.00 per hour plus commission.

Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate relationships and create lifelong customers.
- Assist clients in vehicle selection by actively listening and asking insightful questions.
- Demonstrate expertise in product offerings, optional packages, and the latest automotive technology.
- Conduct professional demonstrations of both new and pre-owned vehicles.
- Follow up with customers to encourage referrals and repeat business.
- Learn to navigate objections and excel in sales scenarios.
- Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives and performance evaluations.
Qualifications:
- Availability for flexible hours, including weekends.
- Eagerness to learn about new products and features.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with customers effectively.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
