Lead Branch Manager

Wells Fargo Bank is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our National Branch Network team in the Consumer, Small and Business Banking division. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading, managing, and developing a diverse team of direct and indirect reports, creating a culture that fosters engagement and generates commitment and accountability to business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a High-Performing Team: Coach, develop, and build a high-performing team to execute on business strategies, achieve results, and drive growth of the business.
- Resolve Complex Issues: Resolve low to moderately complex issues regarding the customer and employee experience, risk, and growth of the team and the business to meet Branch Network business objectives.
- Identify Opportunities for Growth: Identify opportunities for making banking easier for customers through education and demonstration of available digital options to support adoption and customer convenience.
- Lead the Branch: Lead the branch while engaging stakeholders, peers, and internal partners in collaborating and building strong partnerships to deliver a customer-centric experience.
- Mentor and Guide Talent: Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent.
- Leadership Experience: 4+ years of banking, financial services, or Branch Network experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
- Leadership Qualifications: 2+ years of leadership experience.
- Management Experience: Management experience including hiring, coaching, and developing direct reports.
- Team Building: Ability to build and inspire a team where adaptability, collaboration, and accountability to performance are critical to success.
- Analysis and Execution: Ability to analyze performance, understand strengths and opportunities, and execute a plan that empowers employees to achieve business objectives.
- Critical Thinking: Exercise independent judgment and critical thinking skills to manage time, prioritize, and delegate tasks in a complex, fast-paced environment.
- Competitive Salary: $60,108,200.00 per year.
