Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Associate's degree desired.
  • Experience: 3+ years of P&L management experience preferred, 10+ years of successful sales management experience, preferably in document technology services and solutions.
  • Skills: Enterprise selling skills, working with key decision-makers (C-level corporate managers), experience in dealer/distributor sales environments, experience working with or similar CRM, experience with virtual platforms (e.g., MS Teams), solutions-oriented, complex problem-solving.
  • Travel: Up to 25% travel to sales branch locations within territory and to corporate HQ as needed.

Compensation and Benefits:

The compensation range for this role is $139,160-$276,100. The listed salary range excludes bonuses, incentives, differential pay, and other forms of compensation or benefits. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive award, commissions, and program-specific awards.
