Multifamily Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Multifamily Sales Representative to join our team at Karya Property Management, a leading multifamily management company based in Houston, Texas.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to prospective residents, current residents, and vendors. This includes greeting prospects, presenting the features and benefits of assigned properties, and securing lease agreements from qualified individuals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect Development: Identify and engage with potential residents to increase leasing agreements
- Lease Contract Administration: Understand and explain the TAA Lease Contract to current and future residents
- Move-In Process: Ensure all units are in optimal condition and prepare move-in packets for new residents
- Marketing Efforts: Develop effective marketing strategies to showcase the property's amenities and services
- Community Building: Foster positive relationships with residents and team members through regular communication and community activities
- Curb Appeal: Regularly inspect the property to maintain a strong first impression
Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent required; College degree preferred
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with residents and team members
- Time Management: High sense of urgency to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Outlook
- Customer Service: Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
Physical Requirements:
- Mobility: Ability to sit, stand, and walk for prolonged periods
- Lifting and Bending: Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds and bend, stoop, squat, kneel, climb stairs, and reach above shoulders
- Working Conditions: Willingness to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
- Schedule Flexibility: Ability to work weekends and/or evenings on a rotating schedule
Estimated Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience
