Outside Sales Professional

Real Floors Commercial, Inc. has been recognized as a top workplace for 10 years in a row and is seeking a highly motivated Outside Sales Professional to join our team in Nashville, TN. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating maximum sales profitability, growth, and account penetration within the multifamily industry in the Huntsville, AL area.
We are looking for an individual with a strong hunter mentality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our General Manager and other team members to drive business growth and develop lasting client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Sustaining a pipeline of new business through creative prospecting
- Demonstrating products and services to existing accounts and potential new customers
- Providing all necessary information for each new account/customer
- Setting and achieving monthly and quarterly goals
- Reporting to management any information pertinent to competitive pricing and/or changes in the competitive landscape
The estimated salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, Real Floors offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, dental and vision care, 401(k) retirement plan, and more.
