Inside Sales Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Inside Sales Representative. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, providing top-quality sales and support services, and driving business growth.

Job Overview
  • Selling and supporting customers with a wide range of cabinet-making and storage solution products
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and quotes

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, be highly organized and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience in sales or customer service is preferred, but not required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Researching and responding to customer inquiries about product availability, pricing, and features
  • Working closely with outside sales representatives to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve sales processes
