Client Support Specialist
Capital Computer Associates - Remote

Capital Computer Associates is in search of a Client Support Specialist to enhance our WinCap support team.

The ideal candidate will deliver application assistance to clients for our WinCap School Financial Management software suite, addressing intricate inquiries regarding its operation and utilization.


In this capacity, you will collaborate closely with the Director of Client Services and benefit from a supportive team dedicated to providing outstanding customer service and development assistance.

This role is budgeted for a starting salary between $50,000 - $75,000/year based on experience.

Your Contributions:


Acts as the primary support contact for WinCap clients, efficiently addressing inquiries received via phone and electronically submitted support tickets.

Handles escalated support requests; engages directly with clients to deliver services and resolve issues.
Oversees requests for bug corrections and software improvements.
Identifies application issues, escalating to development when necessary.

Utilizes discretion to implement timely solutions to problems, ensuring client satisfaction, minimizing downtime, and preventing cost overruns.

Gathers detailed information to categorize requests, determining resolution methods and creating processes and guides.
Exhibits exceptional analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities with a strong capacity to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Employs sound professional judgment in analyzing problems to: (1) attempt solutions via phone, or (2) determine the appropriate level of maintenance required to resolve issues.

Facilitates and supports training sessions for client webinars and user groups.
Other responsibilities as assigned.

Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent professional experience.
Exceptional customer service and organizational skills.
Outstanding analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
Positive, results-driven attitude.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in Application Support
Knowledge of Payroll/Fund Accounting
Previous experience in a school district business office
