We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Data Entry & Customer Service Representative. This role involves ensuring the accuracy of data entry while also managing client inquiries and providing exceptional customer support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Entry: Accurately enter and update customer information in our database.
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner, resolve issues promptly, and maintain a high level of satisfaction.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and maintain reports related to customer service metrics and data entry accuracy.
  • Collaboration: Work with other departments to improve customer experiences and streamline processes.
  • Feedback and Improvement: Monitor and manage customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Confidentiality and Security: Maintain the confidentiality and security of customer data at all times.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework or relevant experience in data entry or customer service is a plus.
  • Experience: Previous experience in data entry or customer service is highly preferred.
  • Skills: Strong typing skills, excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and data management systems.
  • Personal Qualities: Positive attitude, ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
