**Key Responsibilities:**
- Maintain and organize executive schedules and appointments
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Coordinate meetings and events, managing logistics and follow-ups
- Perform data entry, file management, and general office duties
- Handle incoming communications and prioritize tasks effectively
- Support project coordination and monitor deadlines
- Deliver outstanding customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
**Qualifications:**
- Demonstrated experience as an Administrative Coordinator or in a similar capacity
