Job Summary:
The Front Desk Coordinator will be responsible for managing the daily administrative work activities of the office, ensuring the reception area is tidy and presentable, and providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including logistics and supply procurement.
- Ensure the reception area is clean and organized, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for visitors.
- Answer phone calls in a professional manner, route calls as necessary, and provide basic information to callers.
- Support various departments, including engineering, facilities, and HR, with administrative tasks and requests.
- Coordinate office events, meetings, travel plans, and appointments, and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with special administrative projects, including data entry, expense reports, and accounts payable.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced collaborative team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Must be able to lift, push, or pull up to 15 pounds.
