Field Parts Sales Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively present and advocate for our products and services to enhance sales.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with both new and existing clientele.
  • Assess customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our product offerings.
  • Identify and propose potential new product lines to enhance our business portfolio.
  • Travel to client locations to showcase our products and services.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding purchases and billing.
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the parts and service teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Research competitor products, pricing, and sales techniques to maintain superior customer service.
  • Perform additional tasks as required.
