Qualifications:

To qualify, you must possess:
  • A BS or Pharm D in Pharmacy and be a licensed pharmacist in the State of Wisconsin,
  • Certification to administer vaccinations in Wisconsin,
  • Active CPR certification.
Physical requirements include the ability to stand for the duration of your shift and lift up to twenty pounds.
