Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Insemination Services: Safely and efficiently inseminate customers' herds, ensuring maximum benefits from our organization's offerings.
  • Technical Support: Resolve technical issues related to products and services during the sales process, collaborating with customers and other farm advisors to integrate our Reproductive Management System (RMS) into their operations.
  • Develop On-Farm Procedures: Work with customers to develop procedures that facilitate the implementation of RMS, ensuring seamless integration and optimal results.
  • Collaborate with Sales Teams: Cooperate with Independent Representatives and sales teams to provide exceptional customer service and support.
  • Represent Genus plc: Represent our company in a professional and effective manner, consistent with our values and mission.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor of Science degree or Associate's degree in Agribusiness or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year insemination experience preferred.
  • Skills: Effective time management, organizational skills, and ability to stand, sit, and walk for long periods.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
