**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated Intensive Behavioral Support Assistant to join our team at Lincoln Public Schools. This role involves supporting teachers in implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students in the Individual Success Program (ISP) at Moore Middle School.

The ISP program focuses on providing intensive behavioral, mental health, and life skills support to students with verified disabilities, such as Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disability, or other impairments.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting teachers with individual instruction and small group activities
  • Providing room supervision and support as assigned

Hired individuals will receive training in behavioral techniques and instructional strategies, including Handle with Care. They will work under the direction and supervision of the classroom teacher and building administrators.

Candidates must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop positive relationships with students, staff, and families. They should also be willing to learn and adapt to new situations.

**Estimated Salary:** $42,000 - $52,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
