Job Overview: Lincoln Public Schools is seeking a skilled Behavioral and Cognitive Support Professional to join our team. In this role, you will assist teachers with the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students in the Individual Success Program (ISP) at Moore Middle School.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students with disabilities in completing graduation credits and developing job and life skills
  • Work closely with teachers to implement IEPs and provide individualized instruction and support
  • Collaborate with other support staff to ensure student success

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you must be able to develop positive relationships with students, staff, and families, and demonstrate a commitment to providing culturally responsive support. You must also be willing to receive training in behavior techniques and instructional strategies.

Salary Range: $40,000-$55,000 per year
