Technician, Behavior Support Professional

Lefler Middle School Park is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Interventionist to join our team. As a Behavioral Interventionist, you will play a vital role in supporting students who require additional assistance in developing essential life skills and achieving academic success.
The ideal candidate will have an associate's degree or at least 48 semester hours of college credit, which equates to 72 quarter system hours. The successful candidate will be required to submit an official transcript to verify their educational qualifications. If the candidate does not meet this requirement, they must complete the NDE flexibility requirement within the first 30 days of employment, which includes training.
This is a part-time position, with a calendar of 183 Days. The hourly pay rate for this position is $19.36 per hour.
As a Behavioral Interventionist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with the team to identify student needs and develop individualized plans
- Collecting and analyzing data to inform instruction and interventions
- Providing direct support to students in developing essential life skills
- Aiding in check-in and check-out routines
Salary Information: $19.36 per hour
Calendar: 183 Days
