Job Summary:
Lincoln Public Schools is seeking a skilled Substitute Behavior Intervention Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with behavioral issues and disruptive or at-risk youth, as well as those receiving life skills programming.

Main Responsibilities:
• Create strong positive relationships with students, staff, and families
• Develop and implement effective behavior intervention strategies
• Provide instructional support to students with behavioral needs
• Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to ensure student success

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience working with children with behavioral issues and at-risk youth
• Ability to create positive relationships with students, staff, and families
• Willingness to be trained in behavior techniques and instructional strategies
• Excellent communication, crisis intervention, and resolution skills

Compensation:
$45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
