About Us

We have four decades of experience in the disability services field, providing support to individuals who need assistance with daily living due to an intellectual, developmental or cognitive disability. Our community living services are available in 27 states, with a comprehensive range of high-quality services, including community living, adult host homes, behavioral/mental health support, in-home pharmacy solutions, telecare, supported employment and training programs, and day programs.

Job Overview

We're seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Caregiver and Support Specialist. As a member of our team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing personal care tasks, including feeding, ambulation, and medical monitoring
  • Assisting with fostering positive relationships between individuals served and their housemates
  • Maintaining a safe environment and ensuring client safety
  • Encouraging self-help activities
  • Accompanying clients to scheduled appointments

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have a valid driver's license
  • Be able to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel, internal and external
