**Job Overview**

Pound Middle School is seeking a dedicated and supportive individual to serve as a paraeducator. This role involves working with students who require significant levels of support in academics, behavior, and self-care.

**Salary and Benefits**

We offer a competitive salary range of $25,000 - $35,000 per year, based on education and experience. Additionally, our benefits package includes health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Support students in academic and life skills classrooms
  • Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement individualized learning plans
  • Provide behavioral support and assistance with daily living skills

**Requirements and Qualifications**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience working with students with special needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Estimated Salary:** $30,400 per year, based on 4 hours/day, 183 days/year
