Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Behavior Intervention Substitute to join our team at Lincoln Public Schools. The successful candidate will possess experience working with children who exhibit behavioral issues and those receiving life skills programming.

About the Role

This position involves creating positive relationships with students, staff, and families. Additionally, you will be trained in behavior techniques and instructional strategies, demonstrating effective communication and crisis intervention skills. You must also understand and apply cultural proficiency practices with students, staff, and families.

Responsibilities
