Job Description

About the Role:

Soliant, a leading education staffing company, is collaborating with a school district in Delaware to find a skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). As a BCBA, you will support students' behavioral and social-emotional needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and professionals to implement evidence-based strategies.
  • Provide training and support on behavior management techniques.
  • Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed.

Requirements:

  • Board Certification: Hold a valid BCBA certification.
  • DE State Certification: Active certification in the state of Delaware.
  • Experience: Prior experience working with elementary-aged students is preferred.
  • Hourly Rate: $46-$55, commensurate with experience.
