MINIMUM PAY RATE: $69,622 annually

POSITION SUMMARY:
Assists the Director of Registration & Records in providing services that facilitate the student enrollment process, prepares student records, and enforces the college's policies and procedures regarding registration, transcripts, records, and graduation. Aids in advancing departmental and divisional efforts towards the strategic enrollment management plan. This position may require occasional evening and/or weekend hours.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Support the Director of Records and Registration in overseeing the operational, strategic, personnel, technical, and compliance aspects of the Records & Registration department.
2. Supervise all staff within the departments of Credentials, Graduation, Records & Registration.
3. Manage daily office operations; ensure the maintenance of accurate and secure student records; and enforce all retention and release policies regarding the confidentiality of student data.
4. Compile, analyze, and report data related to enrollment management and registration/records.
5. Oversee record retention requirements and actions associated with graduation, grades, transcripts, registration, and records areas.
6. Participate in achieving departmental and college goals and objectives.
7. Perform related duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
1. Bachelor's Degree.
2. Three (3) years of higher education experience in an enrollment-related department (e.g., admissions, student support services, registration, etc.).
3. Proficient knowledge of office technology, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
4. Experience with student record technology (ERP such as Ellucian).
5. Ability and willingness to work collaboratively with a diverse population in a collegial environment.
6. Ability to work independently and manage highly confidential matters effectively.
7. Availability to work occasional evening and/or weekend hours, as needed.
8. Capacity to establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with other members of the college and community, demonstrating cultural competence and emotional intelligence.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
1. Master's Degree.
2. Knowledge of Ellucian/Colleague system.
3. Experience in a Records/Registration setting.
4. Proficiency in English, Spanish, and/or other languages, both verbal and written.
5. Demonstrated multicultural competence.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
1. Normal office physical demands.
2. Ability to travel between campus locations and to and from community events.
