Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and increase brand visibility in the Long Island area.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including 7-Eleven convenience store locations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales and promotional programs.
  • Manage budgets and ensure proper merchandising standards are executed in the market.
  • Travel within assigned territory and participate in market-wide crew drives as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-3 years of related experience and/or training preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external partners.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage competing demands.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
