Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and increase brand visibility in the Long Island area.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including 7-Eleven convenience store locations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales and promotional programs.
- Manage budgets and ensure proper merchandising standards are executed in the market.
- Travel within assigned territory and participate in market-wide crew drives as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-3 years of related experience and/or training preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external partners.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage competing demands.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
