Sales and Business Growth Specialist

iKrusher is seeking a skilled Sales and Business Growth Specialist to join our team in New Jersey. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic company in the vape technology hardware industry.
Job Summary:The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth and developing effective sales strategies. They will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing plans to execute them.
Key Responsibilities:- Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Building and maintaining positive business and customer relationships.
- Providing exceptional customer service to ensure maximum satisfaction.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A degree in business or a related field.
- Proven work experience of 2-3 years as an account manager/sales representative with inside sales.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including:
- Base hourly rate of $28.85.
- Commission earned on every invoice and is uncapped.
- Weekly sales incentives.
