Business Development Professional

At iKrusher, we are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Professional to join our team in New Jersey. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to drive revenue growth.
Salary:The estimated annual salary for this position is between $60,000 and $100,000, including commission and bonus. Commission is earned on every invoice and is uncapped.
Job Description:This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven individual to work in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic company in the vape technology hardware industry. As a Business Development Professional, you will be responsible for:
- Promoting and selling company products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Performing cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
- Establishing, developing, and maintaining positive business and customer relationships.
- Reaching out to customer leads through cold calling, social media, and meetings with cannabis manufacturers.
- Expediting the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Achieving agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Proven work experience of 2-3 years as an account manager/sales representative with inside sales.
- Proven work experience of 2+ years in outbound calling, social media, and prospecting.
- Work experience as a Lead Inside Sales Representative of 1-2 years is a plus.
- Account management and relationship-building experience are preferred.
- Punctuality and reliable transportation are required.

The base hourly rate is $28.85, with the potential to earn a salary of between $60,000 and $100,000 annually, including commission and bonus.
