Job Overview

This insurance sales role is an excellent opportunity for enthusiastic professionals to develop customer relationships, promote insurance products, and help our business grow.

We are seeking a motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. As a sales representative, you will build on existing customer relationships and identify new opportunities to market appropriate insurance products and services.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to assess customer needs, and conduct effective interviews. Previous experience in a sales role is preferred but not required. NJ Property, Casualty, Life Producer licenses are necessary, which can be obtained after hire date.

You will receive sales and systems training to ensure your success in this position. We work with many Spanish-speaking clients, so being fluent in Spanish is important.

In addition to a competitive salary, you will have uncapped commissions based on your new production monthly, bonuses based on performance achievements, and paid time off. You will also have opportunities for growth within the agency and potentially become a State Farm agent and run your own agency.
