Job Description:

SW Safety Solutions is seeking a skilled Sales Account Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing existing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

SW Safety Solutions is a leading manufacturer of premium disposable gloves worldwide. With over 30 years of experience, we have established ourselves as a trusted provider of specialty disposable gloves in many industries where quality and reliability are critical.

Responsibilities:
- Manage existing customer relationships through regular communication, account management, and customer support.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to drive business growth and expansion.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of sales experience in a B2B setting.
- Proven track record of success in managing existing customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
