Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at Project Support Services. As a key member of our project management team, you will play a crucial role in planning, coordinating, and expediting project certification processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Coordination: Assist project managers in planning and coordinating all aspects of project closeout, ensuring that goals are achieved within the specified schedule, scope, and budget.
  • Closeout Package Preparation: Prepare and compile closeout packages, ensuring that all required documents are complete and submitted promptly.
  • Document Management: Manage project files in our document control software, ensuring all information is organized and easily accessible.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with various stakeholders, including architects, inspectors, and School District personnel to ensure project milestones are met and issues are promptly addressed.
  • Administrative Support: Support project managers with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, meeting agendas, and managing project-related correspondence.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum one year of experience in project coordination, planning, and reporting, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Bluebeam and Microsoft Office with the ability to quickly learn new software applications. Knowledge of Smartsheet is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with team members and external stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent multitasking and organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Personal Qualities: Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and a commitment to upholding company values and standards.
