- Regulatory Adherence: Ensure that all practices comply with relevant state and federal regulations, as well as internal policies.
- Team Leadership: Supervise nursing and caregiving personnel, offering training and performance assessments.
- Resident Evaluations: Conduct assessments and ongoing evaluations to meet residents' needs effectively.
- Quality Assurance: Engage in initiatives aimed at improving resident care and operational efficiency.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of resident care and clinical activities.
- Effective Communication: Act as a key communicator among residents, families, staff, and external healthcare entities to ensure coordinated care.
- Current RN or LPN licensure.
- Certification as an Assisted Living Administrator.
- At least 2 years of experience in memory care or a comparable healthcare environment.
