About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Change Management Specialist to join our team at Allied Staff Augmentation Partners. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in leading and implementing change management initiatives that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met.
  • Engage business stakeholders across sites to understand and understand needs, develop guidance, and train on new processes and procedures.
  • Clarify, document and streamline the flow of communications and decisions across the asset management system and organization.
  • Conduct change impact & benefit assessments, stakeholder interviews, workshops, and more.
  • Design and deliver fit-for-purpose change management, communications, and training plans.
  • Track change related items, and report/escalate progress, interdependencies, and flag any Change-related issues and risks.
Requirements
  • Robust experience in project management and change methodologies and skills, with proficiency in using project management methods to define, plan, schedule, and manage all aspects of a project.
  • Advanced experience leading successful medium to large scale, complex change projects throughout the lifecycle from initiation through delivery.
  • Extensive experience leveraging relationships and working effectively across all levels of an organization with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience managing projects in rapid and complex changing work environments.
