Job Title: Salesforce Program Manager

Stash Talent Services is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Program Manager to join our team. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for planning, building, and supporting a Salesforce instance that manages consumer product information for a flagship product.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of Salesforce initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Ensure alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations
  • Manage and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of IT program/project management experience, with an emphasis on Salesforce and commercial delivery initiatives
  • Strong Agile experience and knowledge of enterprise-level SDLC
  • Excellent business relationship management skills, including requirement analysis, roadmap creation, risk management, and stakeholder management
  • Experience working with multiple 3rd-party vendors, both on and offshore
  • Strong understanding of enterprise-level testing lifecycle
