Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations, support, and upkeep of our Salesforce platform and associated systems.
- Formulate and execute Salesforce strategies that align with our business goals and promote growth.
- Lead Salesforce projects from initiation to completion, including requirement gathering, solution design, resource management, and timely delivery.
- Work collaboratively with various teams to pinpoint areas for process enhancement and efficiency improvements.
- Utilize data analysis to generate insights and recommendations for our leadership team.
- Provide training to users on Salesforce features and best practices to boost user engagement and productivity.
- Stay updated on new Salesforce functionalities and suggest improvements to current processes.
- Ensure data accuracy by implementing quality assurance measures and managing data migrations and integrations.
- Oversee third-party vendors and consultants to guarantee effective service delivery.
- Manage user roles, profiles, security settings, and access permissions based on organizational needs.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and user manuals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience managing Salesforce platforms, ideally within the healthcare sector.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator certification is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in leading large-scale Salesforce projects.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce best practices and functionalities.
- Exceptional project management skills with a history of delivering complex projects within budget and on schedule.
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex information to non-technical audiences.
- Proficient problem-solving skills to address issues and implement effective solutions.
- Experience with data migration and integration is advantageous.
- Familiarity with healthcare industry practices and regulations is a plus.
