About This Role

Biogen is seeking a highly skilled HCP Content Designer to drive key HCP marketing initiatives to support our Multiple Sclerosis portfolio. As a key member of our HCP marketing team, you will be responsible for executing specific HCP initiatives, including marketing programs and campaigns, within budget and in accordance with all regulatory/legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute HCP marketing initiatives in close collaboration with other key functional partners.
  • Oversee, guide, and monitor agency partners and relevant internal partners through project execution of programs and HCP assets.
  • Create and deliver HCP messaging and core claims, ensuring alignment with patient narrative.
  • Collaborate with KMEs to create programs and content and leverage their insights to enhance the credibility of HCP marketing efforts.
  • Support priority HCP marketing initiatives as defined by HCP marketing lead, such as digital marketing initiatives and HCP-facing field materials.
  • Partner closely with field sales team to prioritize, focus, and gain alignment on the most impactful campaigns and associated messaging to deliver brand objectives.
  • Develop all peer-to-peer promotional materials, including programming decks, P2P videos, etc.
  • Coordinate competitive intelligence and appropriate response plan.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
  • 3+ years of broad Commercial experience with marketing experience preferred in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry or equivalent.
  • Proven track record of career progression and success.
  • Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment and roll-up your sleeves culture. A self-starter who functions well both independently and within a team.
  • Excellent communication/coordination/interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively write and deliver presentations to senior management and customers.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities to meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead multiple cross-functional teams and influence without authority.
  • Ability to make astute decisions and adapt with agility as more information becomes available.
  • Ability to think innovatively in terms of engaging with customers and meeting their needs.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience within neurology and/or specialty markets.
  • Field Sales experience a plus.
