Job Title: Senior Sales Strategist

About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Sales Strategist to join our team at C10 Labs. As a key member of our founding team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with our leadership team's growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a sales strategy that drives revenue growth and meets or exceeds sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, understanding their needs and ensuring exceptional service
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team success and drive continuous improvement
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape, adapting strategies accordingly
- Work closely with internal teams to align efforts and enhance the overall customer experience

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in sales leadership roles in a SaaS environment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving significant revenue growth
- Experience building relationships and working with senior executives
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models and sales cycles
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Experience with CRM software and sales tools
