About the Role:
The Senior Manager, HCP Marketing position offers an exciting opportunity to join Biogen's growing rare disease franchise in a therapeutic area with high unmet needs. This role will be responsible for building and leading HCP engagement activities, including congress and peer-to-peer strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute HCP congress strategy and marketing initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional partners.
- Ensure effective execution of HCP initiatives, including marketing programs and campaigns, within budget and regulatory requirements.
- Cultivate strong relationships with field force, cross-functional partners, and marketing agencies.
- Manage materials, projects, and resources through the internal review committee process.
- Lead development of peer-to-peer marketing initiatives, including Medical Expert videos, symposium content development, and national webinar/broadcasts.
- Partner with medical and customer market insights teams to lead and manage HCP advisory boards, gaining valuable insights for the brand.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years pharma and/or biotech commercial experience; minimum 2 years marketing.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively write and deliver presentations to senior management and customers.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience within rare disease.
- Field Sales experience a plus.
- Previous congress and/or peer-to-peer responsibilities a plus.
