About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruiter to join our People Team at Catholic Charities Fort Worth. As a Recruiter, you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our mission-driven team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Cultivate relationships with potential candidates to ensure a strong pipeline of talent.
  • Screen resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers to gain more information on the position, team dynamics, and identify the ideal candidate.
  • Develop and implement tailored recruitment solutions to meet the agency's staffing goals.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and guidelines related to staffing and selection practices.
  • Provide exceptional candidate experience through clear and timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2 years' experience in a similar role, with a strong background in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Familiarity with various recruitment platforms and tools, including LinkedIn.
  • Certifications/Licensures in PHR, SHRM, or Certified Professional Recruiter (CRP) are a plus.
