The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Client Service Representative to join our team. As a Client Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for clients and patients, providing exceptional customer service and support.

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and patients in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer multi-line phone system and respond to client inquiries
  • Check patients in and out of the hospital
  • Notify technicians of patient arrivals
  • Secure patient documents and scan them according to protocols
  • Input patient and client information into the electronic medical record
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

  • Fluent in Spanish
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in customer service or a related field
