CARE | Charlotte Animal Referral & Emergency is a 24-hour Emergency and Specialty Referral Hospital in Charlotte, NC that offers a supportive work environment, excellent benefits, and opportunities for growth. The Position
We're seeking an experienced Client Service Representative to join our team. While veterinary CSR experience is preferred, it's not required. As a 24/7 hospital, we're open on weekends and holidays, and all CSRs will be required to rotate holiday coverage.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to remain calm in stressful situations
  • Proficiency in computer skills
  • Experience in customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Emotional intelligence and self-awareness

Responsibilities
  • Greet clients and patients as they enter the hospital
  • Answer multi-line telephone
  • Check patients in as they arrive
  • Notify technicians when patients have arrived
  • Secure documents prior to patient arrival
  • Scan and save documents according to protocols
  • Input patient and client information into the electronic medical record
  • Perform other duties as assigned
