Penn Medicine is committed to delivering exceptional patient care, conducting innovative research, and educating future healthcare leaders. As a Patient Services Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality care and contributing to the success of our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain accurate records.
  • Manage daily operations, including scheduling, staffing, and performance metrics.
  • Develop and maintain APM templates and master schedules.
  • Oversee AHIQA, run financial reports, and resolve work queues and issues.
  • Generate reports to monitor performance and coach staff.
  • Act as a communication link between teams and management.
  • Implement and maintain practice policies and procedures.
  • Assist staff in resolving patient complaints and issues.
  • Participate in interviewing and training new hires.
  • Perform surgery scheduling and provide administrative support as needed.
Credentials:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • Must successfully complete EMR training/tests.
