Key Responsibilities:- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain accurate records.
- Manage daily operations, including scheduling, staffing, and performance metrics.
- Develop and maintain APM templates and master schedules.
- Oversee AHIQA, run financial reports, and resolve work queues and issues.
- Generate reports to monitor performance and coach staff.
- Act as a communication link between teams and management.
- Implement and maintain practice policies and procedures.
- Assist staff in resolving patient complaints and issues.
- Participate in interviewing and training new hires.
- Perform surgery scheduling and provide administrative support as needed.
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Must successfully complete EMR training/tests.
