Patient Care Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promptly room patients, review medical history, and prepare charts for visits
  • Observe patient condition and communicate any abnormal data or changes to providers
  • Assist patients with walking, transfers, and preparing for exams
  • Manage specimens, perform laboratory tests, and record results
  • Perform EKGs and other outpatient screening tests as per MD order
Requirements:
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
  • CMA or RMA certification
  • MA certification within 90 days of hire
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
