RemX Patient Service Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Patient Service Representative to join our team at RemX. As a Patient Service Representative, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our medical office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule patient appointments and manage follow-up and rescheduling of missed appointments.
  • Obtain, verify, and update patient registration and insurance information.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients via phone and in-person.
  • Prepare and update patient medical records.
  • Review patient records for completion and return them to the record room.
  • Communicate with patients regarding appointments, insurance information, and payment issues.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience as a Patient Service Representative or related field.
  • High school degree or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience with NaviNet and Next Gen a plus.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
